Can't copy on live account

Hello, 

 

I can't copy on live account but can on demo. 

How can i fix it?

Who is your broker? Do they offer cTrader Copy?

Hello, 

I've the same problem, I can't copy on live account but can on demo. 

the mesage come out  that copy for this account is limited

Why?

How can i fix it? 

My boroker is cTrader Skilling, My broker  is licensed in Italy
