strategy reactivation

Questa mattina ho interrotto la fornitura perché volevo cambiare la descrizione e non volevo più abilitare la copia in demo ma non me lo fa fare

Non vedo nemmeno la possibilità di cancellarlo completamente e crearne uno nuovo

 

Come posso fare???

it never let me change even the description of the strategy giving it seems to me the same error...

yesterday morning around 10 I interrupted the strategy supply service thinking I could change the settings.

now I can only restart the strategy with the previous settings but it won't let me change them

if the problem doesn't solve you quickly, you could also try to reset my account 1054440 as "a supplier" and do it all over again

The important thing is that the strategy is restarted as soon as possible.

How soon do you think you will solve this problem because otherwise I will restart the copy with the same settings as before.

The problem is that as soon as I restart copying, the usual demo accounts hook up instantly!!!

and I simply wanted to forbid this

The problem seems to be the account you use to collect your fees. This account cannot be used to collect fees anymore. Please contact your broker to create you a new live account yo use for fee collection.
