cTrader COPY - does not load

Hello, 

I would like to ask for a help. Since last update of my cTrader (desktop version) does not work properly. The section "COPY" does not load, please have look on picture in attachment. I have tried to reinstall cTrader several times, I also tried to reinstall NET Framework and JAVA but nothing changed.
