Strategy invisible

Hello Team, 

 

Our strategies are not showing, and do not show in search. the invisible text shows top right. Please note we meet all conditions. this happened twice this month.

  2. The exact date and time you receive this message
  3. The position that is currently opened at the time you receive the message
  4. The deal that was closed in less that 24h since the time you received this message

Hi, 

Thank you for your response, please find requested details. 

  1. They are 3 strategies, ( HV, HV 1, HV 2)
  2. (9th of March 2022, The time i checked 2AM GMT+3. 
  3. CHFJPY, AUDJPY and USDCAD was open. 
  4. The above positions. 

Please note that the strategies are visible now. but am afraid this issue might happen again.
