Unable to access ctrader copy on web trader and iOS platform - it shows loading and loading, and a blank screen.

The rest of ctrader web and iOS I can access, but the ctrader copy I am still unable to access.

Thus please kindly let me know how I can access it properly, because I have a significant amount of my capital in there.
