New to copy trading.

How you all choosing who to copy? What to look from strategy provider? Almost all strategy providers descriptions non-existent so it not clear if they use any SL/Risk/Money Managment. 

So far, my copy experience not the best. I selected one strategy provider just to find out he do not use SL he just leaves losers run forever and close only wining trades. 

Any of you successfully making money copying? How are you managing risk? Slowly withdrawing profits or leave as it is and let account to grow? Moving your Equity Stop Loss up?

I think is very possible to make money from copying, but problem is many strategy providers asking unrealistic large amount of minimum investment when their ROI looks like completely mess with massive dips or in downtrend trajectory and it's not clear if they even using any risk management. Also, there are currently 888 strategy providers so it very difficult to choose right one.
