Suddenly all Live accounts Stopped from Copying

Hallo Support, 

All live accounts Stopped Copying when my Strategy account open a trade! 

i am Providing a Strategy to copy from and connected all the accounts of my investors ( around 7 Live accounts ) and 2 Demo accounts. at night all of the Live accounts Suddenly Stopped from Copying at the same second but the demo accounts are still connected. 

it was not a SL Stop or any of that since all of the accounts closed the Trade with around $2 loss or so. and they are all $10K+ and i changed the equity stop as well from the begining. 

can anybody help me ?
