LIVE account no longer available for copy.

Hi, I have a copy problem.
Before, I was connected with my LIVE account to a strategy that was stopped and then restarted.
Now I would like to reconnect to the strategy but the LIVE account I used before is no longer available.

I tried clearing the cache and switching browsers but the account is not available among the accounts available for copying.

how can i solve?
