copy trading: position not copied

Hi

I'm a strategy provider and, trying to do some test to see the behaviour on the copier side, i started copying my own strategy. On one broker the position has been opened while on another broker it has not. All accounts have same leverage but different balance (but all superior to the copied account). How can I find out what the problem is?

Broker's support agent told me I should ask for assistance directly to cTrader.
