Hello,

One of my trade hasn't been copied for at least two of my investors.

STRATEGY NAME : SBS

FOLLOWER BROKER AND ACCOUNT NUMBER : ICMARKETS (2117584 & 2116440)

I do not have a screen fo the second investor.

The trade missing is the one in green.

Hi Jungenreich,

As per our investigation, the trades where rejected by the follower's broker. Your follower needs to contact his/her broker for further investigation.

Is it possible to have the document showing the error comes from the broker?

It will help them have an answer faster.
