Copying Status "Close only" ?

I'm following this Strategy live for almost a month now. Today, at the end of the month, the strategy status switched from "started" to "close only" and says that "new positions are not copied. Contact broker", What does this mean? I can see that the strategy provider is still proving the strategy, and I can still copy it using a Demo account. But why is it closed to my Live account?
