Becoming a strategy provider. Possible Glitch?

As you can see from the screen shot below, I cannot see my alternative account from the drop down menu for "Fees". It just doesn't show up? Anyone know what the problem here is?

Hi there,

Your broker needs to create an account for you on the same server as the strategy providing account. You should talk to them.
