Some trades not copied?

Some trades not copied?

Hello

I've recently started copying a strategy provider; I assume copied trades are displayed more or less instantaneously. This morning I find a series of (mostly losing) trades copied from the strategy provider, but a subsequent series of 5 winning trades carried out by the strategy provider (Rapidexecuttion) not reflected at all in my trades. It's not a margin issue. I'm referring to closed positions only.

Hi somersmick,

Please provide us with the following information

  1. Strategy name
  2. Follower's account number and brokers
  3. Screenshots of strategy deals and followers deals showing the missing deals you are referring to.

Follower: SKILLING  Live - Hedging - 1006563 - 2,563.46 EUR - 1:100

 

The last five positions on the lower image are the ones I cannot find copied in the follower's account.

As per our investigation, the follower's account does not have enough funds to follow the strategy's trades.

Thank you, I began to suspect this. 

My understanding is that increasing the follower's equity would not change this, due to the equity-to-equity ratio model applied; the issue is the significantly lower leverage of the follower's account?
