If Strategy Provider change fees

If Strategy Provider change fees, I understand first they have to stop providing strategy, and all open positions will be closed.

After changing fees, will the previous investors automatically start copying again at new fees structure?  Or do investors have to manually choose to start copying again?

Investors will have manually start to copy again since they need to agree to the new fees.
