Copy trades copied if take positions from ctrader desktop?

Copy trades copied if take positions from ctrader desktop?

Copy feature is only available on ctrader web version with my broker.  Does it mean strategy provider has to open/close positions using ctrader web? 

If strategy provider takes positions from ctrader desktop or mobile app, will investors account still copy those trades? Thanks
