Which brokers offer cTrader Copy ?

Does anyone has list of brokers who offer cTrader Copy ?  

I checked, FxPro and Pepperstone both doesn't offer cTrader Copy? 

I wonder why a broker would not want to offer cTrader Copy, when its totally free to broker?  Do brokers don't want investors to make money by copying?
