Hi, 

as a strategy provider. If I increase the balance of my strategy account with a deposit, will that affect the current ROI that has built up. I saw a post saying deposits and withdrawals can affect the figures

Deposits and withdrawals do not affect ROI. You can read how ROI is calculated here.
