Copy account status ''stopping'' since 2 days...

Hi dear Team,
i was copying my own strategy when i decided to stop copying and do some changes on the balance.
Since i have stooped copying, the account status is still ''stopping'' and does not show any way to restart the copy function.
Also i have seen there are no mail notifications during these operations (strange).
I have tried to remove funds from the sub account and i cannot see that amount reflected on the balance of the original account.
The acc number is 1171360 ICM
