Can anyone explain how this SP makes a losing trade without losing capital, in the red box?

Thank you for replying with your investigation.
Some strategy providers are taking advantage of this feature to pumping ROI and mislead investors. I hope spotware would do something to help novice investors to identify the possible misleading.

Trading conditions like the max leverage, minimum trade size etc that result to such issues are outsize of our control. They are controlled by the broker. Our role as a trading platform is to provide you with transparency to identify such behaviors. As you did.

Thanks. Maybe you and the team would consider lifting up the threshold for a trader to become a strategy provider? Just like the mechanism in which -90% ROI will be removed from the board. The current situation of abusing ROI Pumping has started hurting the whole cTrader ecosphere.
