Hi, 

Suppose there is an investor with $10K looking for a good strategy. 

How is it possible for a strategy provider with $0.10 own funds that does 3400 trades in 4 hours to rank spot one ???

My investors call this a bucket shop.

There is no ranking algorithm. You sort and filter the strategies yourself.

Just look at the volume fee being raised. Such a setup can be used to easily empty accounts of investors.
