hello 

I'm trying to copy a strategy on ctrader but I keep getting this message:
you need to have an available account linked to our ctrader id to copy this strategy on icmarkets

I checked and my ctrader account looks fine; I only saw this error message just now, I've been copying without any issues for the past year

I tested a few other strategies and it seems like there’s no issue with copying the first time round but when I stop copying and try to copy again, it doesn’t allow me

Hi remo123,

Please provide us with the following information.

  1. Your cTrader ID and the selected account.
  2. Your broker
  3. The strategy name.
  4. If possible, a full screenshot of cTrader with this message.

Hi khezrian,

As the message states, you do not have an account that can be used for cTrader Copy. Please talk to your broker.

Hi Panagiotis,

I kept searching in the forum and eventually found this post because I got the same message with Pepperstone on CTrader. Would you please suggest a few brokers or platforms I can register an account that can do copy trade on Ctrader please.
