Why can not copy from Alive account

I can not copy from Alive acount while number of following people increae day by day. The infor reaching max followers is not true. I use ctrader on web platform & android app platform.

Hi binh.buidn,

The max followers limitation is set per broker. Maybe other followers use a different broker than yours.

Same thing happened to me . I had to create an account with OctaFX as IC Markets wouldnt let me copy. He has now created a second account (Alive X) and the same trades are run on it. FYI - Pretty soon he will be changing strategies.
