Ctrader Copy Not Copying Strategy Provider Trades - HELP!!

Hello, 

I am copying a strategy provider, however it is not copying his trades!

Broker : OctaFx

Acc#: 2942208

below is a screenshot which indicates that the highlighted trade was not copied today.
