Urgent notice - Stop Out. Action required

I'm confused about this. I just had 23 positions closed via a  'Urgent notice - Stop Out. Action required' just now. Some of the trades closed were by 'cserver' & not the trader I'm copying? Also, the money shown on the last email I received is not equal to what's currently in my account. why is this?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi ace6670,

This means that your positions have been closed or partially closed because your margin reached the stop out level. So your positions were closed by the server.

This is set by your broker and you can see it in your TradeWatch. See nelw

Ok. I see it in the Ctrader Windows App but not in Ctrader Copy website. Is there any way of changing it?

No you cannot change it. It is set by the broker.
