Why do I always lose most if not all of my weekly profits when my provider withdraw some of his money?

Why do I always lose most if not all of my weekly profits when my provider withdraw some of his money?

Also I find some loser trades with unusual lot sizes in the history of my investment profile that my strategy provider did not even execute.
