does my desktop application needs to be working all time

When I copy a strategy, does my desktop application needs to be working all time in order to execute orders or can I shut it down and all the copying process will be take care by cTraders servers or something like that?

Hi Yuval,

Copying process takes place on the server so there is nothing you need to worry about. Your pc does not need to run.

I started today copying for the first time. My impression is that all copying actions are done on web and not on the desktop app. Are there any plans to use Copy via the desktop app in the future?

We have plans for cTrader Copy on desktop but you should expect this any time soon.
