Unable to remove fund?

Unable to remove fund?

Hi,

I added 1000EUR (1650 AUD) to follow a strategy which had no trade at all. When I tried to remove my fund from this strategy it said my availble fund is $5. How could this happened, as when i wasn't informed any open position I have to have the ability to remove my fund in full?

Hi sutucha2004,

The strategy you are following has a minimum investment condition, hence you need to have this amount in your strategy at any time. Therefore there is only a small amount available to be withdrawn. If you want to withdraw more than that, you need to stop following the strategy.
