Missing profile statistics

Dear PanagiotisCharalampous, 

 

I have a fundamental problem with missing all the statistics for my account - 1145317 - as well as for the two strategies I'm copying (Crazy and Relax1).

Unfortunately it persists probably for a 5th day :o/

It must be some system problem, cause I didn't do nothing extraordinary.

I wrote to ICmarkets support the day before yesterday and yesterday again and they said it must be problem on cTrader/Spotware and that the problem is currently

being solved on your discussion forums. Unfortunately, I did not find the topic.
