Making contact with a strategy provider by email

I am surprised that there is no link provided in cTrader Copy to the strategy provider in order for the strategy user to ask the provider questions about the strategy offered, over and above the information provided in the bottom panel. Sometimes a strategy provider will say something about the strategy offered such as " expect some losses, or there will be drawdowns " which begs the question- what size of drawdown should I expect with this strategy ? I think an email link to the provider would suffice in relation to questions on the strategy.
