Unable to remove unused accounts from the COPY LIST

I register an account through the broker octafx recently.

Soon, I feel the service of this broker not very good and so I request to octafx that I want to remove the accounts from my ctid. Soon, the officer of octafx told me the accounts are closed already. But I still found the octafx accounts on the list when I clicked "copy" on the left hand side.

Since I still use this ctid at Icmarkets and Fondex commonly, the unused accounts of octafx still on the accounts list make me feel very unconfortable.

The officer of octafx said they are unable to remove the accounts from my list, but I am sure the accounts on the list can be removed since icmarkets and fondex helped me do the same things before.

I am not sure that octafx is unable/unwilling to help me to remove them indeed.

Anyone has idea to solve this problem or face the same problem as me??
