Unable to process request when creating a new strategy (live)

I get an error message when i try to create my strategy on ctrader.

Broker: ICmarkets

Can you please tell me what could be the issue?

Note: i have an external link to Twitter.

Hello,

I was able to create the strategy without references to twitter.

Is that forbidden ?
