Copy Fund remove not possible

Hello

 

I cant Remove my Money from Traders Strategy RELAX,  on others Strategy it working, but on strategy Relax its shows me directly a white screen Error.

I have the same problem its been 3 days now I have been copping 3 traders can't remove any funds and I also just keep getting the white screen
