no deposit return after canceling copy by provider

I'd been copying a strategy a while ago and after a while, the copy provider canceled the strategy coping but my deposit hasn't returned to my account and I'm using Fibo Group Broker. The broker support told me they can't help me with this and I should get help from ctrader copy support.

what should I do now ?
