Trades on my account but not on account strategy provider

Trades on my account but not on account strategy provider

Hello,

Today (June 15) there were some trades on my account but they were not executed on the account of the strategy provider. It was no adjustment due to the equity to equity ratio because there were no trades open at that moment.

Can you please check why this happened?

Strategy provider: Relax

Hi pvandenberg99,

This usually happens when your strategy provider account receives a deposit or makes a withdrawal. In this case your positions are readjusted to the new equity to equity ratio.
