Hi there i have a strategy on ctrader copy,
after change my ctrader id i cant see updates on the strategy, it wont show new trades, wont show roi updates, i also cant change its descibtion, i cant stop it in order to restart it thoo
according to icmarkets this must be a issue of spotware so they instruct me to contact you guys, since you seems to stop email support im pushed to post this issue here
please take a look into this account 1094459-icmarkets and tell me why it stops update

1. What do you mean you changed cTrader ID? Did you create a new cTrader ID or did you just changed your email address? If you created a new cTrader ID, did your broker reassign your trading account to your new cTrader ID?
--- i changed the ID not the email, not sure if the broker did assign the new id or not, i guess this should happen automatically ?

always get this error message if i try to update describtion of the strat

id like to add aditional issues come up
1) i followed another strategy, remove funds let them appear as account balance, yet it not shows at my broker (might be caused by the same data transfer issue)
2) the account i stopped copy also did not copy any trades this week
this all seemed to start AFTER i changed my ctrader ID (not the email, just the name)
to me it looks a bit like somehow broker and ctrader platform stop exchange details about my account, according to icmarkets its NOT caused by them, they checked for me multible times and cant find a issue on their side.
if there is any further details needed to solve the issue please let me know

Hi CuteLittleMay,
Our investigation has shown that the strategy was deleted by you on the 24/05. It seems that there was a display issue on the client side of the application which we are still looking at. In any case it seems you have created a new strategy using that account already.
