Trade closed in Strategy Provider account but not in 2 Copying accounts

Issue: 

    A trade in two different copy trading accounts is still open while it was already closed in the third Strategy Provider Account

are still open while DID 46060296 / DID 46058374 (both have same opening time stamp) under Strategy Provider Account 1092057-icmarkets is already closed.
