Impossible to make changes on a strategy offer or create a new one.

Dear support team,
I'm unable in making some changes in my strategy offer since several days ago. An alert message appears stating that is impossible, with a recommendation to try again later.
Today I have deleted my strategy and created a new one. However it was impossible to save it, same alert message appears.
