Copy account not showing up in the Copy option of my account

Hi, 

I invested in a copy but the it's not showing up in the copy section, i've been charged tho!

is something wrong ?

You need to provide more information to us

1. Which strategy did you invest into? Where did you find it?

2. What do you mean you were charged? Please explain.

3. What is the copying status of your subaccount?
