Following is not allowed

Evening all,

I'm trying to follow my first strategy but I get an error msg that states "following is not allowed. Please contact your broker for more info".

This happens regardless of the strategy when using a live account (I tried following a few others just to check), it works fine on a demo account.

I did contact the broker, IC Markets, they just cc'd Spotware in my mail.

Any suggestions?
