My account is liquidated but strategy provider not

Hello,

Can you please investigate why my account was liquidated and the account of the strategy provider not?

My account number is: 1073714

The strategy provider is: TMHTT Envelopes Strategy

RE:

I already did that and they told me nothing was wrong. They only execute the orders 1 on 1 from the cTradercopy system.
