Hi there,
I was using C trader copy, but somehow huge TP position was not copied and I lost around 2000$.
I asked broker to give us back the money that i supposed to get, but they said it is not failure of the broker, it is error caused by spotware.
I started to asked this problem vie broker from a 6 weeks ago but still not solved yet.
I can show you trading broker and account ID, position ID. I need to know the reason why ctrader copy doesn't work properly only when huge TP position.
Give me reply as soon as possible.

Trading account itself is demo account, but there is 16 real account follower and Total amount capital is around 24000 USD.
I also one of follower to this copy trade, somehow above position was not properly copied, and all other followers were not as well

Hi ctid1006205,
I cannot find such a strategy in cTrader Copy. Can you send me a link to the strategy? Also you have not provided the relevant deal from the strategy that was supposed to be copied.

I still do not have all the information I need. I asked for the position ID for which you expected the TP to be triggered but was not. I was expecting the follower's position ID but you have provided your strategy provider's DID. Can you please provide the follower's position ID as well as a screenshot showing that this trade was not copied correctly?

No, It was not like that. there is no position ID for followers, I mean it should have open the position which got TP, but not opened.
I show you screen shot. history sorted by opening time.
First, this is provider's history. Red mark is the position that was not copied.
Second, this is follower's history. Because the position was not copied,result is totally different.

I lost around 2000$ because of this bug. If you admit that is your failure, you should cover the loss.
