cCopy login problems

Hi,
I've been having problems accessing the cCopy platform for Tradersway.
The login credentials used works fine on the trading platform and when used on the cTrader ID site I can see the Tradersway cTrader accounts under the account listings. Also when I go to https://tradersway.id.ctrader.com/my/settings/accounts the login credentials works just fine.
When I however try and log in at https://ct.tradersway.com/copy nothing happens. The login forms just clears when you click 'Log In' and stays on the screen. There is no error message.
I also have IC Markets accounts on the same cTrader ID and when I log in at https://ct.icmarkets.com/copy using the same credentials it works just fine.
I'm able to access the Tradersway accounts in this way but thought it best to notify the broker about the problem and they said that I should notify Spotware about this problem.

Tried it but still the same. Also tried another browser which I never use and same on there.
It's not a problem for me as I can access the accounts via the IC Markets site as the same credentials work there.
Edit: Just did it again i.e. cleared my cache and deleted all cookies etc... went to ct.tradersway.com and not able to log in and no error code or anything. Switched to ct.icmarkets.com and used the same credentials and was able to log in.
