ALONE OPEN OPERATIONS; USERS HELP ME.

Please can any users here help me understand what support is telling me.

I'm part of an IC MARKET COPY, ok.

Days ago, during the night, we observed several operations executed, without us (investors) and without the professional trader being operated, performed. We simply do not open operations.

The platform opened trades by itself. How is this possible?

The person in charge is telling me this is normal and in contract. NO, it is not in the contract. I read the whole contract and there is no clause that says that.

Imagine when you open your platform you are surprised by transactions that you did not make, that you did not open.
