Hello good afternoon. I have been searching for a company answer to the problem of my copy trade group for 4 days.

Orders opened improperly. Even with copy off, user accounts have identified open operations started.

GHOST ORDERS. I filmed everything live. Unfortunately, no one from c trader or broker IC MARKET spoke up.

I would like some help to identify the problem. We are with the group stopped waiting for an answer.

In my account, 6 open orders appeared. Look.

on the trader's account, only 5. 





It wasn't me or him. The question I ask is: who opened the order?

I have live video confirming this. It happened to 5 people and 4 times already.
There were people who lost money.

Please help me. 

Nobody answers.

Hi ctid712216,

We had a look at this issue. The reason behind the "ghost" deal is that there are cases when the equity to equity ratio changes (provider makes withdrawal, copier pays commissions etc) and the system needs to restore the ratio. This was one of these cases. This behavior is clearly explained in our EULA section 11.1.I.D. Quoting the relevant passage below

If you add or remove funds from the Copy Trading Account or the Strategy Provider adds or removes funds from the account used to provide the strategy then positions will be recalculated according to equity to equity ratio.

No friend, I believe you did not understand what I said earlier.

That you explained I know perfectly well. Obviously the bill makes the adjustment, ok.

But that's not it. My problem is, OPERATIONS not performed by me or by the copy PRO. See in the images where they appear ORDERS, TRANSACTIONS, illegal.

We have not opened this day any transaction the platform opened alone.

What I want to know is: why the platform started operation on its own without a person command. WE DIDN'T DO THIS TRADE.

How were positions opened? EXPLAIN ME THAT.

I want to know how a transaction can be started in COPY without it existing in the trader's account. How can you?

Hi ctid712216,

As explained above, new orders can be placed automatically to restore the equity to equity ratio between the two accounts. For the specific trade you reported, there was a change in the strategy provider's balance that caused automatic trades to be executed on copying accounts to restore the equity to equity ratio.

Either you are completely wrong or you have not even considered my case.

This is a crime.

Are you telling me that the system opens an operation without my knowledge, without the trader being aware?

NO, THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT SAY WHAT YOU ARE SPEAKING. NOTHING AI. I want you to show me where it is written that you can open an operation without my permission. Show me that.

In the image we have the information of: "positions will be recalculated according to the equity ratio".

Friend, either you do not understand or you DO NOT WANT TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM.

There is nothing to prove to me that you or your company can start trading without my permission, or at any time without any strategy or analysis.
