My Funds Have DISAPPEARED!

I created a demo account strategy to follow with my live account. The idea being that if I didn't know it was live, I would not have as many psychological errors...

Upon creating the account, I sent $100 to copy it using my LIVE ACCOUNT with REAL MONEY.

Now the demo account is at $67.88 and I want to take my LIVE FUNDS back. I can't. The money has disappeared. I tried to close the strategy expecting my money to go back into my live account but it didn't.

I would like my money returned to my live account ASAP as this is essentially stealing now, I hope it is just a technical error, regardless please do this right now as I need my funds.
