ctrader copy trader isnt copying.

ctrader copy trader isnt copying.

ive tried everything bar talk to anyone on here.i even typed into ctrader forum search bar and got a google search of photocopiersvery unhelpful.my provider says talk to ctrader.i spent all day trying to find anything even close to help.

now the question.copy trader appears open as i have a green light and my funds are there.my provider also publishes manually on telegram so i know when trades happen.ctrader isnt publishing these trades and no one knows why.any help appreciated.im meant to be in a high risk challenge and again im another day without trades.

Thanks for posting in our forum. Do you mean that positions are open in the strategy but are not open in your trading account? Could you post some more information e.g. screenshots?
