not Receiving Commission

I am a stredegy Provider and many people following and copying my stredegy on live account with money.

I did not Received Any Commision from it till now.

I Set multiple Level Comision as profit based,volume based,account managment based.

My broker told m to contact spotware for commisions.

Also how can I know that who is copying my stredegy and how much he invested how much he received ROI.
