How can I create and use custom Time Bars in my bot ?

Hello,

 

I am trying to test using custom time bars, i.e. I would like to construct the bars based on custom start times and end times. I would like to use these custom time bars  for all indicators used within my bot. Can you please tell me how I can achieve this ?
