Can't log into CTDN.com with my usual account, 500 server error.

I had to create a new account in order to post this message as I can't log into it with my existing account. I've sent several emails with issues but you don't reply to any, you only reply to forums posts do I am trying to get technical support here. 

The login is "StructureTrader" and as soon as I log in this is the screen I get: 

When I try using "StructureTrader" as login: http://cl.ly/image/0h2V2Z2Q2Q1M

When I try using my email as login: http://cl.ly/image/1M1c113I2s0h
