Developping a Debugger for cAlgo - any legal issues

Will there be any legal issues if I develop a debugger for cAlgo and commercialize it ?

There are no legal issues. You can develop and sell a debugger as an external tool interacting with cAlgo.

Can I include "cAlgo" in the name of the product. for example : "cAlgo Debugger" ?

"cAlgo Debugger" is not good name for third-party tool, name like "Hichem cAlgo Debugger" is ok.
